WIRE: Work Item Resolution Engine

WIRE is an AI agent platform that runs as a Snowflake Native App. It reads work items from your own Snowflake data, such as tickets, claims, loans, applications, or cases, and runs them through configurable AI agents that categorize, summarize, and analyze them at scale.

Everything is driven by configuration. You don't write code to add a use case. You point WIRE at a view of your data, describe what you want each agent to do, and WIRE handles batching, change detection, cost control, and execution tracking.

What WIRE does

Triage
Quickly sorts each work item into categories you define, with a confidence level and a short reason. Use it for routing, prioritization, and first-pass assessment.
Analysis
Takes a deeper look at individual work items: summaries, timelines, risk assessments, and recommended next actions.
Summarize and roll up
Improves poor or inconsistent fields on a work item, or condenses many related rows, such as comments or worknotes, into the points that matter.
Retrospective
Reviews the output of other agents and assesses quality, accuracy, and completeness.

See Concepts for how these fit together.

Your data stays in your account

WIRE is a Snowflake Native App, so all processing happens inside your Snowflake account. AI calls use Snowflake Cortex. Your existing governance, including column-level security, dynamic data masking, row access policies, and audit logging, applies to every WIRE interaction. WIRE shares no telemetry with Evolution Analytics unless you opt in. See Telemetry and privacy.

Where to start

  1. Install WIRE: two short SQL scripts and the Marketplace install.
  2. Deploy a sample to see agents working on realistic data in a few minutes.
  3. Connect your own data and configure agents for your use case.

Requirements

  • A Snowflake account in a region where Cortex AI functions are available.
  • ACCOUNTADMIN access, once, to run the setup scripts.
  • A warehouse for agent execution. An X-Small warehouse is enough to start.
